“While the amenities our customers have come to know and love may be somewhat limited for the time being, the ability to safely welcome back our team members and guests remains our top priority. With this in mind, we have been working closely with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, state and local leaders, and public health officials to finalize comprehensive reopening protocols and new health and safety precautions. Our returning team members will be trained on these procedures and our guests will see reminder signage about them throughout the property. These new protocols include, but are not limited to, the following:
Social Distancing
- We will limit capacity on our gaming floor to no more than 50% of our maximum occupancy.
- The installation of floor decals and signage to strictly enforce social distancing guidelines in areas where lines typically form.
- Table game seating will be limited, and slot machines will be configured to meet social distancing requirements.
- Live music, entertainment, convention, and banquet services will remain suspended.
- There will be no large drawings, tournaments, or special events.
- Restaurant offerings will be limited and serviced from The Eatery and H Lounge.
- Final Cut, Epic Buffet, Mountain View, Skybox, Paddock Café, Homestretch, and Main Event venues will remain closed.
- The poker room, Top Golf, and valet will also be closed.
Health & Safety
- Team members and vendors will be required to wear masks and will undergo a health screening each day, including temperature checks, prior to their shift.
- Guests will be required to wear masks and must respond to a health screening prior to entry.
- This is a nonsmoking facility per the PA Department of Health. Designated Smoking Areas are available outside at the valet entrance and the bus entrance.
- Slot machines and table games will be thoroughly and regularly cleaned throughout the day.
- Sanitizer stations will be installed on the casino floor and be readily available throughout the facility.
- We will deploy a fog machine to disinfect and sanitize the property every night.
- The casino will be closed daily from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for deep cleaning.

What are your hours of operation?
The Casino will be open from 8 a.m. – 4 a.m. each day. We will close from 4 a.m. – 8 a.m. to deep clean, sanitize and disinfect the facility.
Will there be a limited capacity?
Yes, per the PGBB Reopening guidelines, we are required to limit our occupancy to 50%..
Where can I park to enter the casino?
All surface parking will be available, along with all floors of the parking garage. You may enter the casino through the valet entrance or the 2nd floor of the parking garage. There will be a dedicated line for Owners Club and Elites at the valet entrance.
Do I need to wear a mask to enter?
Yes, per PGCB Reopening Protocols, all guests and team members entering the casino shall wear a mask which covers the nose and mouth area. Guests may be asked to remove any headwear/hats and temporarily pull down their mask so their identity can be verified.
Will my temperature be taken before I enter the casino?
No.

Will we honor expired driver’s licenses and ID’s because of closed DMV’s?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, individuals with state-issued driver’s licenses / ID cards that expired during the pandemic shut down have been granted extensions of their expirations date. PA Driver licenses, photo ID cards and learner's permits scheduled to expire between March 16, 2020, and July 31, 2020, the expiration date is now extended until July 31, 2020.
This is subject to change based on DMV requirements.

Will my mychoice card, mycash, or tier level be expired when I come back?
No. Your mychoice card and mycash will both be valid. Your tier level will be the same as before we were ordered to close. Though your mychoice card may show an expiration date of 3/31/2020, you DO NOT need to get a new card printed, it will still work just as it did prior to the closure.

Can I still get self-serve drinks?

Will you be serving alcohol on the casino floor?
By order of the Governor's Office, we have temporarily suspended alcohol service on the Casino floor. Drinks may still be purchased with a meal while at The Eatery.
Can I still play Table Games?
Yes. Most table games will be open, but seating at each game will be limited to three players (six players on a craps table and four players on roulette). The process of some of these games may be altered to limit contact of chips, cards, and cash. Patrons should not congregate around the table in close proximity to players.
Will every table game that was offered prior to the closure be available?
Yes, all games previously offered will be available.
Will the Poker Room be Open?
No. Poker room is not authorized to operate.
Will the Sportsbook be open?

HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – The new casino located at the Westmoreland Mall now officially has a grand opening date set.
Live! Casino Pittsburgh will be open, pending approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, on November 24 starting at 6:00 a.m.
Prior to the opening, the casino will host a few private charity events on November 14-15 to benefit the Westmoreland County Food Bank.

There is also a planned ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 17.
“We’re going ‘Live!’ to the general public on November 24th,” said Live! Casino General Manager Sean Sullivan. “Live! Casino is the latest world-class venue to be opened by The Cordish Companies. It’s going to up the ante on entertainment for everyone in the Greater Pittsburgh region.”
Opening amid the coronavirus pandemic, Live! has developed a “Play It Safe” comprehensive plan focusing on mask requirements, temperature checks, social distancing, and repeated cleaning of high-traffic areas, slot machines, and table games.
Signs will be up throughout the facility to make sure patrons are aware of the requirements.
